klo pake cPanel kan bisa redirect url om, langsung aja url itu dialihkan ke home page atau page yg om maksud. Tapi nanti resikonya ya paling halaman tsb emang benar" gak bisa diakses om, krn sudah diredirect.

You can't block Spammer IP, because they use random proxy to put their comments in your guestbook.
When you have found 1 IP, there will be a different IP to try spam back to the guest book on your website.

Try exporting your database via phpmyadmin, and try to replace all urls in the old domain, with your new domain url.
You can open your .sql file using notepad ++.
After the old url changes, try importing your data base back to phpmyadmin.

Are there themes / themes files deleted or replaced?
Usually if this code appears, a sign that the code you removed does not match the themes function. Maybe you can restore the code / files that have been deleted so that the error message does not reappear.
