the easiest way to protect any software, get a professional hosting with csf firewall as part of this firewall you do have lfd which will detect any attempts of hacks and automatically ban any IP addresses

No, better uninstall all software, you can start from opencart v3 as it contains plenty of bugs and very heavy resource usage.

looking on the error logs, the issue is with paths to your shopping cart folder and the /temp folder need to be created inside of the public_html folder.

The free accounts are normally restricted in CPU and RAM usage, you can ignore the above messages.
