Still have this issue and due to the developer of the extension ignoring my emails as I didn't want to hand over ftp access for security reasons I'm hoping someone here can help.
Without giving up your FTP this can't be done. Moreover, an access to your DB might be required as well.

Re: Google Pay

Google Pay is for merchants, not for store owners. It requires you to obtain a merchant ID from Google, which isn't easy at least due to this requirement: "A supported payments gateway or a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant server environment suitable for storing decry...

Thank you thekrotek for the response. Do you know what XML file UPS uses, or is a web service API XML response type thing that is giving me trouble?
Nope. I'm afraid, there's not generic solution and he only way is to as a professional to look into it. Such issues usually needs to be debugged.

Re: shipping halted

The function mentioned in error is related to XML parsing, which means there's a problem with your XML file or with parsing logic.

Re: Looking for search module for cars?

Well, of course, module will always come without any database. Database is what you search and import yourself. Most likely you will need a custom search module to work with your database. It's not as simple as buying extension for 30 bucks.

Re: Need help with server error coming up

This is simple: some XML file has wrong format and thus can not be parsed.

Re: Developer frustration

Well, as you may noticed, there're plenty similar posts here. You're right in everything, but unfortunately this changes nothing. I'd love this to be untrue, but I also started to work with OpenCart in 2011 and have zero illusions for now. Anyway, it's always good too see similar posts. Most say not...

Re: Adding coupon codes on customer comment

If so, then anyone could just write anything unrelated and obtain his coupon code. A coupon code would normally be attached to an order for a specific purpose. Please, stop shooting replies without even thinking before that. Read the description above, OP clearly stated what for he needs this. Noth...

Re: Adding coupon codes on customer comment

I would not suggest this strategy on attaching coupon codes since there would be no way on knowing if the provided comment is a positive / negative comment. It wouldn't make sense to attach a coupon code based on a negative / unrelated comment to the order before approving the order. It's just an o...

Re: Adding coupon codes on customer comment

I have no idea, what is Shipstation, but the only way to implement this is do a custom work. Your task is quite specific and I doubt there's any extension, which does that.

Re: Adding coupon codes on customer comment

Why do you need that? If customer uses coupon, it's perfectly visible on order page in admin.

Re: Meaning of Free support in opencart marketplace

It's different from developer to developer, but you definitely should get any kind of bug fixing, when bugs are related to purchased extension. Some developers also provide installation/upgrade service with the purchase, some even solve compatibility issues with 3rd party extension. Look on extensio...

Re: Excluding Countries by Item Size?

Your task is quite specific, you can't do this without extension. All-in-One Shipping has a dimensions check for length, width and height separately. You can even set a range, not only maximum value. You can also check each product dimensions or the whole cart. Your options are almost limitless here...
