Hi actually i dont really get it about POST. So in my case after I save it and look for the product again in catalog-product-option it didnt add any new option.
By the way, my hosr was tthe one changing the value directly, not from php.ini . Does the server still need to restart?

Yes my host changed it for me. So I have to restart the server? How to restart it ? I'm using sharing server

Yaa thank your @artcore I will ask my host to change it.
So changing max_input_vars only cannot solve my problem.

So do you mean I have to change the phpini value of
suhosin.get.max_vars 10000
suhosin.post.max_vars 10000
suhosin.request.max_vars 10000
to increase maximum limit of option value in a product?

Yes Sir I have add phpinfo and my max_input_vars is now 10000 but i still cannot add new option value (catalog-product-option-add option value) .. :sad
